"I told her that I wanted to be surprised...don't give me something off of the menu...surprise me...   She brought me a dish that isn't on your menu...yet...it was angel hair pasta, diced tomato, prawn with alfredo sauce and pesto...  The presentation was very nice...and the taste was phenomenal...  I talked to the manager, and told him that I'd order that dish again with no hesitation..."
