"The wine we ordered was running out; there was just shy of the 9-oz amount we had ordered. The server came to tell us this was the case, and that our slightly less-full glass of wine would be on the house. I had anticipated being disappointed at not being able to have the wine we'd wanted, and was delighted to get an only-slightly smaller glass of wine, for free."
